Pasadena Construction Hours Rules (2026): What You Need to Know

Pasadena Municipal Code Section 9.36.070 regulates construction noise with some of the stricter time limits in Los Angeles County. Construction activity producing noise audible beyond the property line is permitted only Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 7 PM and Saturday from 8 AM to 5 PM.
